Lot11 is available for private hire on Sundays and all evenings depending on availability, the venue is 2 floors and holds up to 65 guests.

Lot 11 is available for private hire and we will close to venue to you and your party during this time. You will have access to both floors and can invite up to 65 guests.
We have assisted access to our ground floor only for wheelchair users, which has three steps to get into or a ramp put out at a request for wheelchair users. Please ensure all guests are aware of this, there is no lift to the top floor. We are a licensed venue. Please advise of any drinks your party prefer as we have speciality beers and wines which may not be to everyone’s preference.
We have space for acoustic musician if you felt like your party needed an added extra, fee at your own expense. DJ’s allowed; however all equipment must be PAT tested and cannot be used in conjunction with our own sound system. If you wish to bring your own device to play music from such as iPod or tablet that is permitted.
+ More than 25; upstairs area only.
+ Between 40-65 guests; entire venue upstairs and downstairs.
+ Less than 25; not available for private hire, please enquire what we can offer you alternatively.
+ For smaller parties between 15 and 24, there is a fee of £50.00 on top of the cost per head to have the entire upstairs (if you do not want the entire upstairs then we can offer you a few tables in the café for your guests.
+ Please note: buffets are only available to parties of 15 of more.
+ Sunday and Saturday afternoons 2pm onwards// venue yours for up to 3 hours
+ Evenings - available after 6pm until 11pm
+ We allow balloon decorations at your own expense however this must not interfere with the café when setting up... we cannot close earlier to allow set up, you will be given adequate time for set up.
+ Prosecco carts, prosecco must be purchased from ourselves, or we charge a corkage fee of £5,00 per bottle, 6 bottles maximum.
+ Cakes allowed.
+ Own catering not allowed.
+ Venue must be left in a state that you wish to find it, as tidy as possible.
+ Confetti is not permitted at all.
+ A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is payable to secure the date.
+ Payment in full is due 2 weeks before the event.
+ Please provide a list of any dietary requirements.
+ Children prices are half price or alternatively we can provide a children’s buffet please ask.
