Lot 11 is a fantastic venue for Baby Showers, Engagement Parties, Birthdays and more.

We can accommodate up to 70 guests for a private party, prices are based per person on a buffet choice... or a bar only package (min spend £1000 between your guests). 

 

Please note; your own catering is not permitted at all. 

​

We have assisted access to our ground floor only for wheelchair users, which has three steps to get into or a ramp put out at a request for wheelchair users. Please ensure all guests are aware of this, there is no lift to the top floor. We are a licensed venue. 

​

Music

We have space for acoustic musician if you felt like your party needed an added extra, fee at your own expense. DJ’s allowed; however all equipment must be PAT tested and cannot be used in conjunction with our own sound system. 

 

If you wish to bring your own device to play music from such as iPod or tablet that is permitted.

 

We have a sound system which we can play a preferred playlist though or we can choose a suitable background music for you.

Venue Hire Numbers 

+ More than 25 guests; please see our buffet choices below. 

+ Friday and Saturday evenings, there must be a minimum of 45 guests (price per person on the buffet)

   and a min spend on the bar of £1000 is applicable.

+ For parties less than 25, you can book a table for afternoon tea or brunch during opening hours

Times Available for Private Hire (more than 25 guests)

+ Any Evenings. 

+ Sunday after 2pm.

+ Less than 25 must be during opening hours.

Decorations

+ We allow balloon decorations at your own expense however this must not interfere with the café when      setting up. We cannot close earlier to allow set up, you will be given adequate time for set up.

+ Prosecco carts, prosecco must be purchased from ourselves, or we charge a corkage fee of £10 per            bottle, 6 bottles maximum.

+ Cakes allowed.

+ Own catering not allowed.

+ Venue must be left in a state that you wish to find it, as tidy as possible.

+ Confetti is not permitted at all.

Payment

+ A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is payable to secure the date.

+ Payment in full is due 2 weeks before the event.

+ Please provide a list of any dietary requirements.

+ Children prices are half price

​Please note: Buffet options are only available to numbers of more than 25 people. If numbers drop below this and you want private hire you must pay for 25 people as a minimum.
